  Torturous. Trust me don't book any colive property. Deposit is too high and they are not going to return it back. It's big amount that they won't return. They only care for rent and rest Is your headache. Raise service request and forget Hot water - they don't care Food - they don't care Foul odour in room they don't care Mosquito - they don't care Any electrical equipment not working - they don't care Basic requirements are not fulfilled. More than 90% people in property are frustrated. Never ever book.

  One of the worst pgs. The whole thing is a scam. Inedible food most of the time, hot water rarely works, lift is out of service for a few days every week. Cleaner cleans the room once every 10 days or so and that too after repeated requests. The food is served in containers without any proper covering so the food remains exposed to everything. I literally saw a pigeon sitting in one of the containers. The other one star reviews are very accurate. On the other hand, most of the five star reviews seem fake and if u look carefully, many of them were made at the same time. I remember the average rating being below 4 at some point and now it's 4.5 somehow.

  Very small rooms. No proper ventilation. Cleaning staff came to clean only 1 time in one month, that too after asking so many times. In 2 months of stay lift broke 4 times (each 3 days repair time) Delivery is stopped at gate, so you'll have to go and collect it at gate. Worst of all, they will keep your deposit refund for next time use, very difficult to get money back.

  I have booked a room (307) in colive palmer which is located in the Green Glen layout, Bellandur, Bengaluru. I paid the room reservation charges of Rs. 2000 for the same. Now, without even informing me, my booking was changed to colive clanton (Room 108), which is located adjacent to Colive Palmer. The condition of Colive Clanton is pathetic with no lifts working, no infrastructure, and clumsy premises. If I have already paid for the room reservation charges, how could the company change my booking without even informing me. It is complete non sense to say that your room is reserved. Moreover, whenever I call for a refund, the sales team and the customer support team simply hang-up the phone. Trust me, whosoever I met who is living there already, no one is happy with the morbid living conditions. I will suggest everyone to opt for anything, but colive.

  There was no one to show you the room. They charge 11k for a room which has no room for more than 1 single bed. Then take 10k as security deposit and don't refund that Poor services. Their fat manager does nothing but just sits around
