I lived here for 2 months (from Jan to March). Certainly, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Below are some of the issues I faced at this place.
Problem#1: l paid for a room and it was not given to me for 1.5 months. I raised multiple complaints and never seen any response... The customer care executives were rude to me. One lady told me directly that she does not care and challenged me to do what ever I can.
Problem#2: I was not given a key to lock the room for a month. Again I raised multiple requests through the app and you know the answer, "NO RESPONSE"...
Problem#3: The sales guy named Venky... He was basically a fraud... I suspect, he gets it from the Colive work culture. I was told that after a lock-in period of 2 months, 2000 rupees will be deducted from my deposit when I have to move out, provided there is nothing broken. They deducted 6000 rupees from me for at the end with nothing broken, actually without even giving me the room I booked.
Problem#4: This is a company who get their employees to write 5 star reviews for themselves. I don't think I have to say anything about their ethics and culture anymore. The sales guy named Venky has written multiple reviews, all for various Colive facilities, as if he lived in all those as tenant. I could see many of his friends doing the same as well. I have reported all those to Google as those were conflict of interest.
Problem#5: Colive has given my contact number for some employee background verification... I have no idea why and what the heck that was... They called me even after leaving Colive and asking me to verify details of Colive and my permanent residence. I have asked them to stop, multiple times, and they would not. No wonder why they are a good fit to do business with Colive. Both are frauds and incompetent.
Problem#6: We used to have power cuts for 7 hours. When asked, the reply was that the BESCOM bill was not paid. And when asked about the power backup, they just give some BS about the generator and setup.
Problem#7: Wifi Dabba was actually just a dabba... Do not work most of the time. I wanted to work from home most of the times and never happened even once.
It was such an unpleasant experience staying there.
Decision to move out of there was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.
Hope this helps someone and sorry about the delay in writing this review.
