    Not worth it... Along with rent electricity bill needs to be paid separately. No three times food, need to cook yourself. Website photos and reality are completely different. Do not pay anything, first check it yourself.

    Don't waste your money and energy. Nothing is up-to-date cleaning staff food elevator. Every third day you'll find some NGO guy asking for donations on your door step. Zero security arrangements.

    If you're thinking about moving into a Colive property, I urge you to reconsider. I've had first-hand experience with their poor living conditions and let me tell you - it's not worth it. The rooms are only cleaned once a week, if you're lucky. The food is often left out (there's no kitchen) where birds can get to it, and the washing machines never seem to work. No clean drinking water so you'll have to rely on buying water bottles from outside. And half of your deposit will be deducted for no reason, the other half you'll never get back no matter how much you chase them. My tickets still get closed without any reply. Washroom flush, showers also won't work, and your service requests will be closed without getting solved. Trust me, you don't want to live here.

    The worst experience ever to stay here The property caretaker doesnot even care that what is going on in the property and also your sales person will oromise a lot of thi gs and at the time of delivery they just dissapear from calls and everything and ghost you. Also forget about your deposit.

    Giving 1 star because not allowed to give negative rating. Very pathetic service. What's promised by the salesperson is never given. No cleaning is done in the room, they will make an excuse everytime you ask for it. No one to speak to, just keep on raising tickets on colive app which will be ignored in an utter shameless manner. And last but not the least, you won't get your deposit back. Just forget about it. It's all fraud. Colive will make your life a living hell.

    Worst place to stay, they will charge 1K extra for bills and all. We were out of town for 2-3 weeks still got 900rs bill for 1 room. Food quality is worst, you will always face water and electricity issues. Not really ideal for working professionals. Only 2 washing machines for 100+ tenants.

    Living here is good but we lack certain amenities that are shown in the ad. No gymn, things get taken from the fridge, shoe racks and dustbin is too dirty to even use. This feedback is specific to glory so far. Manager now is trying to make so many amends but still things are pretty average.

    For 100+ tenants, they provide only 2 washing machines. Out of which 1 is not in service. Highly recommend you not to stay in COLIVE, else you will REGRET it for sure. Poor food quality, incorrect rent every month, electricity bill always increases even if your room is locked for most of the time in a month. POOR SERVICES.

    Guys I hope there was a negative rating, I would have given them a minus 5. Customers have to sign on papers and they fool u into paying extra rent and the paperwork makes it impossible to deny paying extra rent. They are unreliable when it comes to security. Being a single girl staying there, I was very concerned for my safety as there was none. Anybody could walk in on ur floor/room. And forget the deposit that you will be paying at the beginning, you will never see it back.Every month the property manager changes without any info whatsoever, so if you have a concern, you will not know whom to approach.The property is really old and plumbing is ancient, every month there is some leakage from somewhere and you have to pay for it. They dont give u an option to reject food at the PG and they charge too much for food and its the mont unhealthy way they just keep it in open for people to come and take with crows just waiting to eat after you leave. Also if you are thinking to stay in any Colives please take all your rent conversations on mail, else in 2 month your rent will increase, you will have to pay more deposit etc etc.. I had so many grievances that I finally am leaving but I hope this review help others.

    Completely worst experience even though if u were vacating by serving notice period properly you will not get your deposit amount. As per company policy we have to get our money in bank account within 15 days from checkout its been more than 35 days now they were holding my money under some offer without my consent and now that is also not showing in Colive account literally i dont know where my money gone and you will not get proper response for your service request Sale's person give you some fake offers just to get you in ,offer amount will not be reduced once you get in they will say dont pay that amount we will clear later but they dont that amount will be in your due . Finally you have to pay entire amount or else they will deduct from security deposit. You cant complaint anywhere regarding this fraudulent even if you are raising complaint in colive app you will not get any response from them i have raised complaint against him two months before still i have not received any response from colive regarding their fraudulent sales person. Sales person also wont pick your call once you joined Beware of this fraudulent. Sales person name : Sampath Sr No. 222034

    Very latest experience and Very poor experience, we deposited booking amount in advance , when we reached there no agent was available to see the property and denied for any vacant room , didn't transfer our money to another pg as said earlier, no refund .our 1999 / booking amount totally waste. Please avoid this colive ,this is totally hoax.

    No room cleaning, no proper food. Induction stove was not working from beginning. Food gets over in 30 mins. Raised so many tickets no one responses.

    This is the most disappointing and unresponsive PG I have ever encountered in my life. 1. The day I checked into this PG I found that the bed was completely broken. I tried contacting the caretaker but he was soo irresponsive that I had to sleep very uncomfortably on the first day here. In fact, even after calling the caretaker 15 times the next day, he had still not managed to send a carpenter to fix the bed. They did not even provide any pillow, bucket, or a lock to the cupboard in the room. 2. When I talked to him about the notice period, he mentioned that I can only raise the notice on 1st day of each month, otherwise they won't return me my deposit. This policy is soo ridiculous because I was not even a tenant in this PG on the first day of that month. Does it even make sense that I have to live in this PG even when I don't have to, only because they have this policy? 3. I would not recommend any Colive PG to anyone because of this careless behavior. 4. Moreover, it is located in such a desolate location that no cabs or auto are available here. 5. I would not recommend this PG to anyone.

    Horrible experience, upon moving in room was not cleaned, dust all over floor and shelves, no bedsheet and pillow provided even after 3 days of moving in. Water is not good, large sand and dust particles in it No fixed time for food, they tell the time is 7:30 - 9:30 and it came at 8:45 People who go to office cannot wait that long, even the quantity is not enough, if you go after 1hour of food arrival, there is no food.

    We selected this PG by online video tour, they shown some nice room to us in video and then provided dirtiest room to us. We paid 32k in advance to book this room and we vaccated this room in just 16 hrs.. Colive is refusing to refund our money, they have charged 32k for 16 hrs stay. Please be aware of this frauds.. Aditta sahu is the sales manager +918951974813, who is the master mind of this fraud.. Colive doesnt have any customer care number so we cant complaint about those kind of fraud, so i am writing review here.. Please guys be aware of these,dont book any of colive room online, they have the most dirtiest room in banglore and most of the property manager and sales managers are cheater. They will not pickup your phone even, we moved out in just 16 hrs

    attached are the real photos of this pg after cleaning service. whole pg stinks very bad starting from the entrance. it makes us vacant the pg in 1 day only. cannot survive a single day in this pg. we have paid the advance rent and deposit amount in advance. and we didn't even received the deposit amount back even after vacant the pg before 24h. very bad management and very poor service. not able to use anything washing machine, fridge, lift, food, washrooms, room. it's very dirty.

    I wonder how i didn't give rating here yet. So, this property offers you something you will never forget - Stress. Problem i faced while living here - Power cuts are frequent in Green glen layout, here you have to wait for for half hour for generator to start once electricity goes. Generator will only run 5 hours at a stretch, after that generator will be shut down to cool for 2 hours. Generator fuel cost will be charged in your electricity bill without telling you. 800-1000 electricity bill for single person in single room. Rooms have separate meters but they don't give electricity bill based on that. Drinking water filter machines are 2, only 1 works and when that breaks down, buy your own drinking water for 3 days. After 10AM, no water to take bath since tanks are empty. Wait till 2PM to get water to bath. 4 washing machines in total, 2 works ( takes 2 hours for 1 machine to wash as water flow is exceptionally less). Clean your room yourself because these people will come to clean once a week. 2 stoves in the kitchen, 1 never works. Gas cylinder of kitchen always empty. They boast of cinema room which they never open, the caretaker ( whoever it maybe) is always escaped from property when needed. They came up with a Colive Big bubble competition and took 2000 deposit for that but competition was never held and i had to chase them for 6 months to get back those 2000 rupees. Problems i face when leaving property - 2 month electricity bill cut from security deposit. The remaining security deposit will come in colive passbook after 15 days of leaving, but they will not transfer it to your account unless you request. Once you requested to transfer they will not transfer it to your account until you chase them on twitter. Raise all service request you want your money won't be refunded unless you complain on twitter. Even after that they will refund after 2 months. Maintenance cost cut from security deposit. But if anything broken in room then that also cut from security deposit. What is the maintenance cost for then?

    They're literally thieves running after your money and doesn't give proper service, they'll firstly steal your deposit

    First of all hello colive or shall I say thieves, I've been here for couple of months now but dude during your check-in you're the holy God but from the 2nd or 3rd month onwards they'll incur unknown charges and you'll have to pay them those charges at any cost and the charges will vary from 700rs to 1200rs on top of you're rent, also there are so much dust particles in the water you can't take a proper shower the jet spray doesn't work at all, no maintenance or sanitization chores that they follow, your rooms will be cleaned once every 2 week, or once In a month that is not guaranteed. During the sale they said you can serve 21 days notice before you vacate and you'll get your deposit back, last month my roommate checked out he paid 9000rs as a deposit but he got 500rs. They're the biggest thieves in entire Bangalore I can assure that.

    Currently a resident. List of experience 1. Firstly the sales team will promise you a good team and at last moment tell you sorry that the agreed price can't go through as the policy is changed and crack a sale with you at a higher price. (No control or monitoring over sales team, highly unethical) 2. Once you on-board you are welcomed with surprises like suddenly you will get to know there is a monthly rent to electricity meter. Which wasn't disclosed. Every month your total invoice will be different. Such as suddenly you will be informed that you need to pay for power back up as it consumes a lot of disel (which sales team will not inform you) 3. Pathetic quality of residents. There are common fridge on every floor from where the stuff gets stolen. People leave common area messy and families with kids. 4. Room cleaning is worst, no control again. It will leave your room stinking. 5. Colive came out with something to rate residents. I am like first get your act straight. On and all. Don't opt for this property.

    The property manager Mr. Dinesh is superb, amazing. The only thing is, the management behind colive is erratic and disorganized. They really need to be sharp and focus on what customers really wants while adjusting on it. The 4 stars I’ve given here is only because of the property manager Mr. Dinesh being flawless at his job.

    Never take colive all good reviews are paid review i am real human and living in colive the situation is very bad here their are many hidden charges and the electricity bill is 1 unit 11 rupees so now you can guess and manager always change no good service all who are living in colive abusing everyday ..

    Am gonna write a detailed review of this property. The length of my review will show you how frustrated am by staying here. Rent: There are so many hidden charges Common electricity 300 Sanitization and support for staff 280 Electricity bill : one room with a fan and light will cost you 800 plus minimum Wifi: its just for a name.. wont work regulary and there wont be any help from them Customer care: they wont attend call from existing customers .. if you stii have doubt try their CC no and select existing customer it wont connect where as new customer option will attend the call by first ring itself. Service requests: dont expect that.. they will close it simply Water: It is there.. But you have to call manager when you need it. Washing machine: 4 are there 2 will work Lift : 2 are there 1 may work Security deposit: It will be secured with them dont expect it back. there are tenants whom ddnt get their security even after 2 months. Cleaning : once in a week.Only where you walk in the room. Under the bed is out of scope Parking : only bike parking Common kitchen: LPG wont be available regularly. Drinking water: 1 RO is working for years without any maintenance. Parting charges : 7 days rent will be deducted for nothing Quarantine : they will simply let people from any part of india to a sharing room eventhough they have dozens of vacant rooms. See my chat with them when a tenant is allowed to my rooms with out quarntine when they have 10 + rooms vacant in each n every floor shows their commitment towards tenants. Overall a 1* stay in 5* rent. Attached some images for your refference and proof.

    Colive is a fraud chorr company. They will never provide refund for your security deposit and what rent you take the place for please add 2000 extra to it as maintainance and electricity and along with that they have a electricity meter and also wifi is very bad. Main is no refund of your security deposit.

    Very bad experience. Here property managers get changed every week. Ground water motor keeps on breaking down and most of time it takes half day to get water in room. Apart from rent, they charge for weird stuffs like santization and security. If you see here, santizer stand looks non-functional and with liquid in it. Last Security guard was 6 months ago, now there is just CCTV camera on main gate. I had my bicycle stolen from basement parking and Colive people there were not able to do anything.
