  Situated in the Prime location. Rooms are pretty much good with all the amenities required. House keeping is lazy and won't do cleaning voluntarily. Water pipes and all the tapes could start leakage easily and the repair is costly with too much procedures. Lift only till 3rd floor but the building has 4 stories. Place is peaceful. But rent is so steep for the service.
