    My rating for this colive would be 1 due to their poor and negligent behaviour towards their customers. The team doesn't respond properly to the colive tenants for their issues. It's been a month I have vacated the room and requested for the redemption of my colive deposit. As per the colive team , they mentioned it would be refunded within a month and it's been more than a month and the amount have not been refunded yet. On top of it none of the team members from colive are responding properly regarding this issue. I would not recommend this colive choice to others due to their poor responsiblity towards their customers.

    Place is full of bachelors mostly working class both guys n gals. 500 sq feet 1bhks fully furnished flats. Don't expect brand new furnishings though. It's a bit shady! Price is higher as per the location. Located just below the Infosys washing machine circle building. It's a 5 storied building, but the lift doesn't work since I moved in and heard it's faulty since a month.

    Worst place no proper basic maintenance of property but keep on increasing rent this is genuine review please don't think to stay in Colive I stayed 1Year In Colive Imperia Flat no 305 faced lot of problems so please think before you take Colive Property. I Have Not Yet Received my deposit Amount people over there are Money minded so becarefull.

    Never ever stay here. Don't pay booking amount. no customer service after the payment is done. Even after paying the booking charges the property manager refused to show me the room and demanded full money. Extremely unprofessional. They send millions message to get the booking done. Once paid they don't bother.

    Every 6 months they are raising the rent which is kept hidden. They never share the electricity bill, they never share the electricity bill even after many requests. For 1 bhk (2 fans for 2 lights and a small fridge) I don't understand how the electricity bill per month is rs 1000, even I was not there for a month or so then also the electricity bill is same as 1000, and they are charging 250 for each service request. As I could not connect my new laptop because of the old IP address, they charged 250 rupees to remove that old IP address, seriously? One more thing, before the end of the 1st month, Colive manger started pressuring me to share a good Google review with 5 stars, but I did not share the review. The 5/6 property manager has changed in the last 8 months, so connecting to the property manager for any issues is always a challenge. Many more things are still there... Which I get to know from other people in the same building.

    COLIVE IMPERIA has the worst service. It's been two months now since the hot water stopped coming and they haven't done anything to repair it till now. Also there is one old washing machine for the entire building and that too doesn't function often. Highly disappointed and I definitely don't recommend this place... There are other good apartments to stay for this exact cost and they have the good service compared to colive.

    Not clean, they charge you many things than what is actually discussed by sales person. I had a very dirty room which was never painted as promised. Mattresses are simple foam and crushed. I discloated my should while sleeping on it. You can only give notice on 1st of every month. Location is very bad of the property.

    The worst service After vacating Room they won't provide security deposit So I won't suggest anyone Property manager .. f**r He is the main person who cheat every one I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Out of my experience, i can say that their prime motive is to loot money from the tenants. They looted 20,000 out of our security deposit. I can say that the management is very experienced in looting money from the tenants providing lame reasons. We thought of filing a case against this organisation but the thing is that they will delete the service agreement from the application once we vacate the room. Purposely they hold the requests which we raised and closed it after we vacate the room. By the time we came to know that we got cheated, they deleted our service agreement also. Requesting everybody to not to get into this organisation's trap.

    Place is good and maintained however certain flaws as thing doesn't happen as expected, TV wasn't working, no gas available, hot water wasn't there. Room wasn't cleaned well either, called in well in advance to ensure its cleaned and nothing was done as expected

    Hey guys, Read this before you ever want to rent a living at Colive. My stay here was a nightmare from these colive executives promised me. I had checked every review before coming here and was under mixed opinion for it to be good and took a chance. But trust me HORRONDOUS experience. Firstly they ask you to pay advance rent and a deposit where I don't understand which rental place asks for advanced rent even before the Month comes to an End. (Point to be noted they collect literally the deposit and rent even before you move in.) Secondly I am here from October 16 where someone on 14 th called and asked me to make transaction for the stay and before paying I have asked this executive mr Shabari( finance guy or someone) to let know whoever that I shall be staying exactly after 2 days, you know for sure they woudnt inform the guys, I got a surprise ? Oh the Rooms were stinking, the bathrooms OMG any disease would easily trap you, the kitchen woah. I for sure tell you even the local vendor who serves food has a better kitchen. I had to book a hotel for my first day of stay and waste money on staying else where Bec this colive didn't have a clean room. When asked about this, you know what they say ? You didn't inform me particularly sir 😂. Well, yet after the room cleaning, just checked in for water from faucets, Every thing was a surprise like someone had arranged a prank scene for me. The manager here, I must salute him from Left hand. One particular day was crazy enough that they made me hook into my room having water issue. I had a very important appointment and has to cancel Bec there was No water to freshn up. Every time I called the caretaker or the manager he would simply end up saying Sir 30 mins, Sir 30 mins Every thing will be fine 🙈. I lost 1 complete day, Thanks to Colive. They promise you something, they give you even less than what you underexpect. The worse decision of my life is renting this place for a living. I am leaving this place on exact 24 th day due to unbearable torture recieved. The best part is there is something called notice period ? And they don't call this notice period as lock in period. Unfortunately for my better stupid English knowledge, they mean it other way and it's a trap to hold on to your deposit. Guess what, I am unable to stay here is my point and the executive is literally asking me to stay for 1 month and pay that month rent and give a notice period and leav the place to get my deposit back 😂 when asked for help to not loose the deposit which we earn hard for our efforts, they Get disappeared without replying to you. Well done Colive and it's Founder. Someone builds a brand to make a name fame, but in the name of business/commerical they Doom you. Beware even before renting this place out. At the end, it's Unfair to loot money from customers this way ..

    Amazing place to live. Large rooms. Good for a couple or a single person. You will have to share almirah and might be bed too. Services might take longer to be served but got served. Caretaker, manager are good. Regular cleaning. Free water supply for drinking also. Always available hot water.

    ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS SEEN ARE FAKE.. IVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND NONE OF THEM LIVES HERE... Wifi seldom works, escalator was out for over 4 months, property manager Harpreet never responds to ANYTHING. Please speak to any of the residents before moving in.. I'd NEVER recommend this property to anyone. This guy Govardhan is an employee and I guess all the fake reviews are either employees in different properties or their friends.. but not residents

    Lots of issue with colive. First they show different properties on video and after that they will give u another . After you will deposit the even don't care. They will respond ur calls. And extra money will add in rent . So seperate meter for electricity. WiFi sucks . Better to take un furnished flat in 7k

    After you move in, they don't care about any issues you are facing. You can call customer care a 100 times, but you issue will remain as such. They'll tell you we are looking into it but they won't resolve it. Also they won't inform you about separation charges when you move-in. But when you move out you'll be asked to pay separation charges( 7 days rent). If you have another other choice, choose that over Colive. Half the time lift won't work, washing machines won't work. They'll also provide you a pathetic internet connection. There is no accountability for anything.

    I am giving one star coz there is no option to give less than that.. One of the worst managed apartments.. if u rise any tickets for service it will be automatically closed without the solution and best part is they will charge u for that

    They will delete/alter Google Map Locations once too many bad reviews come.. I've shared a previous posting photo. The good ones should be fake/paid reviews from Colive Office team and I'm attaching their other reviews on Google Maps. Check with any tenant if these are correct. Initially I thought this was a great place. But, there will always be issues. 1) Wifi will not be available most of the time even after changing the WIFI Provider from Wifi Dabba to Ion. Now they have restricted to only 2 devices per person for 60 GB..and it didn't work at all.. 2) There are only 3 washing machines for entire building of around 60 Flats and most of the time it won't work. 3) New charges will be added in bill every time. 4) Electricity will be split with all even if you don't use. 5) Furniture items are not strong, flush items, wiring etc is not good and the customer will be charged. Cylinder was charged even if not used. 6) All requests raised in Colive app will be auto closed without solution. Customer Care Number doesn't resolve either. Caretaker Padam is very helpful. Herpreet appeared to helpful but the Colive Processes suck and in the end nothing works.

    I had a very horrible experience staying in Colive Imperia. They don't leave a single chance to trick the tenants in case of money. Even the support team works to mislead the tenants to loot as much money as they can. I didn't even get the security deposit after check out. So if you are planning to stay in Colive, please be careful and remember, you can't even count on the CEO. Please do ignore all the paid or fake 5/5 reviews that you can see here. Confirm with the real tenants who is staying there before check in. Help yourself.

    I lived few months there and experience was horrible they are very unprofessional people, always there will be some new problem, they will charge 2k for notarized rent agreement moreover they will say something else and will do something else. So be prepared before staying in there
