    3rd class service, you will get your rent increased in every 2,3 months, billing will not even help you as they won’t even understand English. Recommend not to choose these properties, if you need a headache every month, then proceed.

    It was an awful experience as a whole. I stayed there for 3 months. The property manager is a scumbag & tries to loot your money in all possible ways. Invades your privacy. Unsafe living environment - my room geyser blasted while i was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They charge you higher than initially discussed amount. I was asked to pay 2000/- as an overdue for something, for which I still don't know the reason

    There is a massive issue with their support staff, we booked a 2 BHK, we were asked to pay the entire 2 months deposit and rent which is okay. But what’s disappointing is a) NO WI-FI for 2 days ppl WFH or with limited data is very challenging b) No cleaning services as they promised , we had to keep on begging to get the water every morning , drinking water was not refilled , they do not even send help when required. Specially with Family staying in the apartment it was very difficult for few initial days. I want to call out that the customer facing team is extremely rude and they do not even know how to speak to customers ex: upon enquiring on WI-FI , “PAVANI” who was our point of contact yelled at me and disconnected the phone. I was really shocked to even think how such people are in customer facing service industry. I could still live with subpar service levels and utilize other service providers , but definitely cannot tolerate who yells at customer for asking for WI-FI and demanding her to just do her Job !! Ridiculous. I hope the management reads this review and trains the customer team on how to talk to customers. Skip this place !!

    Worst service, no customer care number, rent hike without prior notice, raised ticket also no reply human reply, just recorded message, email marked, worst experience, looting n fraud, many previous tenant have not received their deposit yet,. After RAISING MULTIPLE TICKETS THERE IS NO RESPONSE EVER, NOW I WILL RECEIVE MSG HERE, PLEASE RAISE TICKET, PLEASE DON'T BOOK ROOM IN ANY COLIVE IT IS TRAP

    When I checked in the property, there were numerous issues. 1. Ants & Insects were roaming all around. 2. Walls having stains. 3. Dust accumulated near the windows , corners and on a lot of other places. 4. Taps (Washroom Faucets, Showers, sink taps etc.) not working. 5. Electrical fittings missing (crucially no lights in the washroom) 6. Torn wallpapers. 7. Dirty floors. 8. The property video shared by the sales person is different from the room allotted. 10. TV not working. 11. Cupboard is unstable. 12. Amenity of fitness room not present as promised in the app / website. 13. The bedsheets seemed unclean. 14. Hangers in washroom not fitted.

    Hav been here for about 2 months now. I needed to shift to a new place in a day so I had one of my frnd's visit the place for amenities and facilities provided at the venue. I found it reasonable and cost efficient. There were some issues coz I shifted the next day after booking it. It was ready to move and needed some basic plumbering issues fixed. It took some time but finally got fixed. Over all good experience. The property manager and the staff are good and ready to attain to your issues.

    My whole experience with colive and this particular property has been awful from the check-in day to checkout day! Read below before you decide to pick colive or colive gardainia My checkin process - my checking-in time supposed to 10am in th morning - the property manager attended me at 2pm in the afternoon The room i originally booked was allocated to someone else, and this was realised the day I supposed to check-in! They are kind enough to allocate me another worst possible room in the whole building!! And i rejected to check-in! After making 100 calls, and escalations they vacated someone else instantly and gave me that room After i joined in - flush was not working, generator was not working , no cleaning was done - not even the first day - after several request they informed the cleaning staff is in some kinda problem , so it took 10 days for them to clean the room - ofcourse they charged 250rs for each of the problem i complained as the first five days of free fixing stuff passed due to staff issue they had, the gas cylinder should have been full but it was empty.. and i can rant about each thing.. so lets not get into it.. Checkout -So with all this awful experience i decided to checkout..Weirdly you should only raise check out on the first day if the month, else the refund deposit will be 0, so i raised checkout on first day of month, and left the property on the last day - the property manager would be busy so make sure to take his appointment to checkout the property before hand.. Aftermath - after 15 days of checkout i got a mail informing my deposit which should have been deposited to my account, has been transferred to colive account with an exclusive offer which i never signed up for!! , ofcourse they charged 20% of it as "seperation charges" already , and i can redeem the money from my account - the charges will be 2k only, and once you redeem the money it will take 30 days to get credited! And i am still waiting!! Be aware what u are stepping in to .. goodluck PS - the sales guys are proactive until you pay booking charges, from then they literally disconnect your call once you know its a signed up customer..

    Apartments are fine but the Colive staff are terrible at their jobs. The lift never works and none of the amenities are ever fixed. The biggest issue is that they charge you money for no reason and never return your deposit. Would not recommend this to anyone. Absolutely pigs in service because they never pick up their calls and when they do they hang up. Please fix your services before your start renting and get managers who are actually able to do their jobs.

    They got the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and they did not call back to help my move in. When I tried calling them the representative is not answering the call nor replying to messages. I just left the 2000/- go. Then I eventually had to find another place. Thankfully much better than what the reviews suggest about gardenia

    Editing my review based on experience: The behavior of the management changes once you make the payment. The colive app needs some serious makeover, the app is full of bugs and none of the features work without flaws. They take a lot of time to reply back to complaint tickets. Also, I was charged 10x the market price for a plumbing fix in the kitchen. Too many hidden charges and a new rule pops up out of nowhere every now and then. Haven't had a good experience, disappointed.

    Terrible experience. They didn't refund my security deposit. They don't respond to the service requests. There is no customer support. Only worried about sales. The sales manager promised the refund but after the sale stopped responding. Bogus company. You can read the other reviews they are mostly negative on Google and also on other forums like Quora. PLEASE AVOID COLIVE!!!

    Awful horrific stay. Cheaters and frauds. Will give false offers and later will charge u a bomb. Cant trust them at all. Awful customer support, just before you pay they will be all sweetand good later will just ignore and harass you. You would have a depressing and torrid time here. No power backup at times,enormous additional charges, no cleaning as promised, inflated electricity bills earlier, their house will have faulty products and expect you to notify abt everythibg in 5days else will charge u alot. Stay away for your own good. U will never get your advance back. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE HERE. BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES.

    Very worst customer service and Also by there sales team. They are not word of there mouth. Starting they tell so and so facilities and things later once you pay amount to stay then there behaviour of sales team and customer service team total changes also they change the rules and facilities which they committed before paying the amount. My friend is facing such a big issue over there am writing this review after watching all this matter. Please who so ever willing to take colive - NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE. Avoid colive

    One of the worst and cheap service ever i came across. The sales team is pathetic specially (mahipal) after getting the full payment there are least bother to help you and provide you the service. Fake promises and wrong information is passed. My biggest mistake to choose colive... It's a fraud company... Guys never go with colive service ever.

    Worst service ever. One sales person name Sri Nath contacted me and said that I will get so and so facility and I have to pay token money for the same. If its not same at time of physical visit then my token will be refunded he gave mail confirmation to the same. When I visited the property and asked its terms and conditions again it was not same at all. I asked for refund on mail messages calls, he is not responding. Even I tried to get to there customer care number same will take to you refund button and customer care will say that in application's chat button you will get to know about refunds. But there is no answer on chat also. I am not able to find there customer care email Id. If anyone knows please let me know.

    No one responses to the problems addressed. They would ask to call on customer care or raise a service request ticket but will they will neither answer to the calls nor their app would allow to raise new tickets. They are so particular in rent collection that on the very first day of month they will keep on calling to pay the rent but when it comes to deposit they are not at all particular. They deduct unneccessary charges from refund too. We were told not to pay electricity charges and extra sanitization charges as we were not staying in the property since March due to lockdown still they deducted that amount from refund. When these issues are addressed to the support staff they respond very rudely. First learn how to talk to the customers....This was not expected from a well known organization. Advice: Never choose Colive!

    Worst experience ever. They will just rob you. I didn't got a single penny from my deposit. All my 20k deposit is gone. And now no one is replying. All the phone are switched off. Even customer care service is worst. I called them atleast 20 times. Every time they cut my phone. They are doing *robbery*. I recommend everyone to never live in Colive. Not a single service was provided.

    Extremely unprofessional people. Only at the time when you go to check the apartment they talk sweetly as soon as you get the apartment on rent they don’t pay attention to your problems. Keep procrastinating the issues to be solved. This people charge for everything. Even if its not our fault they ask to pay for that. I was not informed about the restrictions inside the building even after asking but there are lot of restrictions. Currently facing issues like no electricity lift is not working and water is coming inside the house. The Area Manger @Harpreet is extremely rude and condescending. He has asked me to evacuate the apartment at night 9 o’clock during lockdown period because i got a frnds cat for few days as he was not in Bangalore because of lockdown. Forcing to pay rent in lockdown period. And not even taking initiative to fix the multiple issues in the building. These people are just concerned about money. If we ask for anything the only answer is evaluating the place immediately. This problems are not just faced by me but by the everyone staying at this place.

    Colive, in general, has successfully managed to make their residents realize that they have committed a very big mistake of choosing Colive. Pathetic customer service, rude executives in operations team, no proper maintenance of properties, etc. Lift has not been working in the property for more than 2 months and the concerned staff keeps on saying that it will be repaired in some days but no one has addressed the issue in a serious manner. They are only good at cheating people. Even during these covid 19 scenario, tenants have been paying rent on time but colive is not paying rent to the property owners due to which most of the maintenance services don't get executed. Even after having multiple discussions with the billing team, all I asked them for some more time to settle the dues as there have been pay cuts and delays in salary pay outs and cooperation I got in return is that first they disconnected the WIFI and now they have served me notice for eviction, without knowing that they themselves have violated the terms of the agreement at multiple times. They even charge the residents heavily for the replacement of electrical parts situated outside the property, even which are under warranty. Even the construction quality is too poor that when it rains heavily, water keeps coming in to the rooms even when the windows are properly closed. Have complained many times to their so called property manager but again this has not been taken care of. To all the persons planning to join colive in near future, keep in mind that you should forget about the security deposit because that will not be returned in any case. Additionally, don't even hope for any solution for any issue you raise after moving in their property because they will stop answering the calls. All in all, choosing colive over others in the same industry will be a very regrettable decision for anyone due to their pathetic service. Be smart and don't fall in this trap which these cheap fraudsters have created.

    Pradeep, who is a property dealer never responds, whenever he does, it is never helpful. Zero customer satisfaction. Nobody on that end answers calls or helps resolve an issue. Absolutely terrible management. They are just trying take as much money from you. Unsafe for girls. Referral bonus is just a fraud system to attract customers Rent related issues are never resolved but instead fines are levied for the same.

    FRAUD ALERT!!! First of all, even 10th grade person can create better app than colive app. Second, they don't know how to maintain the app. The promises fades away as the time flew. They don't even responds the call of the customers. The worst ever facility received. Referrals are to make you fools, they don't give you 1000 off. At first they will tell you that we need to give 1 month rent as deposit and suddenly they will ask for 2 months rent. Please save yourself from fraudsters.

    Place is good. Flats and rooms are clean and spacious. But the rent is too high and does not even include gas, eletricity bill

    Once you start staying, the behaviour of managers change completely. No one responses to the problems addressed. Each month the rent amount automatically gets increased and we are forced to pay that. Product manager personally goes house to house and enforces for 5 star rating. They ask for feedback but do not improve from that. Also lots of facilities were promised but only few are actually provided. So would like to advice people to not to opt colive properties.
