My whole experience with colive and this particular property has been awful from the check-in day to checkout day!
Read below before you decide to pick colive or colive gardainia
My checkin process - my checking-in time supposed to 10am in th morning - the property manager attended me at 2pm in the afternoon
The room i originally booked was allocated to someone else, and this was realised the day I supposed to check-in!
They are kind enough to allocate me another worst possible room in the whole building!! And i rejected to check-in! After making 100 calls, and escalations they vacated someone else instantly and gave me that room
After i joined in - flush was not working, generator was not working , no cleaning was done - not even the first day - after several request they informed the cleaning staff is in some kinda problem , so it took 10 days for them to clean the room - ofcourse they charged 250rs for each of the problem i complained as the first five days of free fixing stuff passed due to staff issue they had, the gas cylinder should have been full but it was empty.. and i can rant about each thing.. so lets not get into it..
Checkout -So with all this awful experience i decided to checkout..Weirdly you should only raise check out on the first day if the month, else the refund deposit will be 0, so i raised checkout on first day of month, and left the property on the last day - the property manager would be busy so make sure to take his appointment to checkout the property before hand..
Aftermath - after 15 days of checkout i got a mail informing my deposit which should have been deposited to my account, has been transferred to colive account with an exclusive offer which i never signed up for!! , ofcourse they charged 20% of it as "seperation charges" already , and i can redeem the money from my account - the charges will be 2k only, and once you redeem the money it will take 30 days to get credited! And i am still waiting!!
Be aware what u are stepping in to .. goodluck
PS - the sales guys are proactive until you pay booking charges, from then they literally disconnect your call once you know its a signed up customer..
