  This is the worst place one would like to stay in there will be lights no appliances provided will work properly, the neighbours will break your windows. There will be nothing benefited in staying here. Rent will increase every 2months utter waste of money if you are planning to stay here, the housekeeping person is on a off all 7 working days. Please look into other property instead of wasting money here.

  Worst service. They increase rent without any intimation. They also add extra charges in the name of health insurance, maintenance etc. You will end up paying much more than the agreed rent. The worst part is no one is reachable. They have built this to loot people. Read the complaints in twitter @Lets_colive.

  Worst customer service. As per the agreement, they told they will provide WIFI, TV and other home essentials s like sofa , washing machine etc. But, washing machines were not working, the TV provided was a damaged on. Cleaning was not done properly. WIFI we paid extra and took separately. When we tried to contact customer care nobody was picking up the call. And also, the rent is so high, providing lack of the amenties they promised. Even 1 star shouldn't be given for the room!

  Colive provides the worst service I have ever came across. Half of the time water issue, ni proper resolving back-end teams, no tv connection, wifi half of the times doesn't work, 80% of the time property managers keeps on changing. 1 bhk price is also quite high. Don't buy this property. Colive promises alot but fulfills none I can assure you this.

  I am a tenant at CoLive Franny, from past 1 month I am living here. This is a very beautiful appartement, with good amenities, 24x7 water, 24x7 survice. The CoLive authority is very active even during night time also they have provided service, due to urgent requirement. The CoLive community is very vibrant, there are no one to bother you. In every room you will get A cot and a bed with two single sofa and two chair. You will also get a Fridge for your use. This is a brand new property so undoubtedly of very good quality.
