    Worst property ever. Frequent power cuts. On top of that Colive people deliberately switch off the power back up option, especially during night so that one can not sleep well. Raised multiple tickets to fix this issue but no response. Even property manager ignores the call. There is no security personnel too in the property. I was suffocated as there was no electricity for past 3-4 hrs and it was around 2am (all dark); hence i called to colive's SOS team, and they said since it's not a security or medical concern, they can't help. I explained them that I can't breathe and feeling suffocated and still no one helped. Worst decision ever to choose colive. Will not recommend to others.

    Not even a Single Star is worth for this property.if u Dont want to sleep u can go ...bed is full of bed bugs and cockroaches...take bed bugs wherever you want...the colive is a mafia. Cleaning is worst... even for pest control you have to pay....they will reduce our advance amount..but won't give us clean room before we move in....false offers...

    Worst decision I made. You can't connect with Colive team after you pay the money. They charge money for everything that they will never provide. Lots of powercut, they will not turn on generators after 11 Pm even if you die, but you will have to pay for that also. Water heater is not working since month. They want 💰 money, they are very poor.

    I have been in colive for around more then one year. Sharing my experience what I suffered... Colive has lots of hidden charges and they try to hide it very cleverly. Be aware of it. when it comes to their services I had very bad experience with their food quality and quantity. And when it time to vacate the room, They will even cut security deposit amount almost by 60 to 70 % by giving any inappropriate excuse.

    Worst property manager Harshit. Beware of this guy and colive itself. The property manager is one of the worst employee i have seen . 0 work with 100 atitude and a spineless guy. The service provided here is one of the worst kind, and dont think that your deposits will be refunded.

    Very bad service.i have raised tiket for room key from last two months .but no any response..there are many problems like that.but nothing is done to solve .if you try to contact or call they simply ignore or disconnect the call. Electricity bill come like 1k+ although I have not used more then 10 unit .and when I connect to technical department they respond after 6-7 days and include 500 saying late submission although room rent is given only electricity bill is left .

    It is difficult to get the deposit amount back when you vacate the room. They will tell you so many rules and regulations. It took 3 months for me to get the amount that too they have deduct unnecessary charges. Poor response from management when you need their help.

    This is one of the worst property from Colive franchise since is it even worse that basic PG accommodations in terms of facilities etc. It literally nothing to offer that you might think a Coilive usually might have and apart from that they overcharge you on the electricity bill for me a month of electricity bill came to 1800!! Only appliances i used were Laptop and phone the entire month so you can figure out the ways they get around. Not to forget that at 9500 this property is highly overpriced since you pay other bills separately which bring you total rent above 10k very easily every month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS.

    Worst place ever they charged whatever they want through app. if you are not paid they include late charges also no one responded the query and electricity bill 1459 for 2 months we are using only fan in night time only. they close service request without resolving the problem .food is very worst only dinner they provided.

    BE WISE & NEVER OPT COLIVE, IT'S A FRAUD COMPANY & THEY WILL LOOT YOU All positive reviews about Colive are from their employees who never even visited this property. It's a SCAM to trap new people. Colive doesn't care about tenants problems but loves looting hefty amounts as rent & there's no customer care at Colive there's only sales Problems Faced: 1. Elevator wasn't working for more than 2 weeks & even after umpteen complaints nobody visited to at least know what's the problem 2. Room service is a myth which never happens & these guys are masters in lying at your face that it happened & you also get a false notification on the app 3. DTH (actually everything at Colive) is for namesake they never recharge & it always says account deactivated 4. Ice cold water in Winter & tenants are responsible for checking the hot pump every night for hot water the next day (wonderful isn't it) Only dinner is provided between Mon - Sat which is of very low quality & hardly available for 1.5 hrs between 7 to 8:30 pm Building & rooms look good as they're new but it's the worst place to stay

    I recommend everyone not to stay in colive because they add hidden charges which will inflate the the price by 10-20%. I was charged 1.4k as electricity bill for 2 sharing, when the consumption was only 30 units. Hot water supply is intermittent. Makes life difficult. No geyser/fallback option for hot water. Crooked management makes false promises, and never delivers on them. If you seek a pleasant stay, AVOID COLIVE.

    Currently they are askask for 8000 per bed in a triple shashar room which is alralre a lot.. But you guys might be thinking it's an awesome place to live well.. They're not.. 398 electricity bill for each persop in triple sharing they give btw we have 700+ electricity bill too.. Food is fine which is only dinner and not on sundays... If there is an issue just raised the service request and it will get closed in 2 days withwit any action.. For hot water you guys have to take charge because no emplempl is there for 24/7 help these 5 star ratings are just a trap please dodon fall into it

    I would literally rate zero. Such a worst management I haven’t seen before. They just bluff people, especially sales manager Ravindra (please don’t trust his words and get into that place). No proper amenities. Before joining they tell you so much but once you join they won’t even take care of you and value your words if you have any problems regarding your accommodation. It’s my advice to everyone not really to choose this place.
