    Barring the location, nothing about it is worth the price. Awful place, awful service. Would suggest to opt for local PGs in BTM layout. Found better facilities there for half the price.

    Inspite of making FULL PAYMENT of rent and deposit of 29,000, Colive have sent a notice via " PRIVATE COURT" for settlement of 44,500- no clue how they reached this amount. On the signing of agreement, I had made payment in full which was acknowledged by Colive. There are no dues pending on my Colive account as well. This is in plain and simple terms extortion of money and harrasment of their customers. Horrible experience.

    Please dont stay here if you want your refund back. You will never get your refund. It's been 4 months and i haven't got my refund still. But if you don't pay the rent before 3rd of the month on 4th they take your mattress and go until u pay the rent

    Horrible Services and living conditions...you can literally get any other better place at cheaper cost. Been living here for a couple of months now. 1. Got scammed by agent with false promises for the room 2. Cleaning doesn't happen regularly 3. Manager ignores you if you approach with any issues 4. Place gets too loud at night as mostly group of students live 5. Electric bills are way over the top. I paid 1600 bill for just using a single led for 15 days

    Colive is all marketing hype, on ground reality is different. They don't provide food on Sundays, other days its only dinner, and the food is pathetic, both taste and nutrition wise, watery gravies, hardly any vegetables. They promptly invoice you on the first but don't address basic maintenance like faulty washing machines ot leaking taps. The mattresses are so old and in such poor condition you can feel the springs poking you. Their sheets are itchy. Hidden charges like payment convenience fee (even when it doesn't cost them anything when i pay through UPI) and covid sanitization fee even when they have already stopped it, even the sanitizer bottle at the entrance is empty! Zero customer support, they close service requests without even contacting the resident. The only good thing about this property is the location.

    The property was good, but later it has became so improper, they don't tell initially, but later they provide water only for 2-3 hours a day. Inspite of multiple complaint, the issue is not resolved. And majority of the time, when everyone is in a rush to take showers get fresh, and head to office, there's no water coming in any of the Taps in Bathroom. I had to book a hotel for 2 times just to had a shower, as water is not at all available either to take showers or to get fresh or to do anything. Even to wash utensils, there's no water that is available. Please resolve this Colive management. It seems I am paying rent for getting nothing in return.
