  Seems to be fraudsters. We had accomadated the room since 2 months and they are still busy processing our advance money. No hopes that our advance money will be returned to us.

  The sales person explained some rigid rules to follow if you decide to stay there. So turned down the offer to stay. Also, a cheaper option was suggested and was directed to go and take accomodation there. Unprofessional
